How does an AI training session at AIxH work?
The format is built on hands-on workshops, designed for managers and executives rather than technical profiles. The aim is to leave with concrete uses that can be applied the next day, rather than a tour of the AI tools of the moment: framing a request, evaluating an output, identifying where automation brings a real gain and where it does not. AIxH has already trained more than 350 managers and executives in this format, which has allowed the content to be adjusted session after session instead of being frozen.
The session is built on use cases rather than a theoretical presentation of generative AI. Each participant works on situations close to their own working day, which avoids the classic pitfall of an AI course too general to be reused. The small-group format, at the Differdange offices, also allows direct discussion of the specific blockers each company faces, whatever its budget, sector or technical maturity.
AIxH's view
This session is part of AIxH's AI training for businesses programme, designed as an entry point for companies that want to progress on AI without getting lost in the technical layer. For companies established in Luxembourg, the session can also be co-funded at 15% by the State through the INFPC scheme: the terms are detailed on our AI training in Luxembourg page. The remaining places go quickly: contact us to check availability before 1 October.
