Fundamentals
How LLMs work, without technical jargon. What AI does well. What it does badly. Hallucinations, bias, limits.
AIxH provides AI training in Luxembourg for executives and teams, as a digital marketing and AI agency approved as a continuing vocational training organisation by the Ministry of the Economy (authorisation no. 10156897/1): hands-on workshops built on the jobs your people actually do. More than 350 managers and executives trained, 100% satisfaction. The theory is kept to what you need, and the practical uses start the next day.
Most AI training courses follow the same script: an hour on what an LLM is, ten slides on the history of AI and a multiple-choice quiz at the end.
Participants leave knowing that ChatGPT exists. They knew that before they walked in.
AIxH workshops start from your jobs, your actual problems and what you do every week.
We show how AI can save you time on those exact tasks.
Participants go home with written prompts, tested automations and habits that last.
Programme
The AIxH training programme covers five blocks: the fundamentals of LLMs without jargon, prompt engineering, an overview of the tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, Perplexity), business cases worked through in workshops, and ethics and governance (GDPR, confidentiality, copyright).
How LLMs work, without technical jargon. What AI does well. What it does badly. Hallucinations, bias, limits.
Writing prompts that produce results. Role, context, format, examples, constraints.
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, Perplexity. An honest comparison. Which tool for which use.
Marketing, HR, sales, customer support. Each case is worked through in the tools, in a workshop.
Copyright, confidentiality, GDPR. What you can do. What you cannot.

“We train because we practise. Everything we show in a workshop, we use ourselves on real client accounts that same week. That is what makes the difference: the habits participants take home have already been tested on real work.”
