Custom AI training: Luxembourg, France, Belgium, Switzerland.

AIxH's custom AI training in Luxembourg is part of the agency's AI training programme, approved as a continuing vocational training organisation by the Ministry of the Economy (no. 10156897/1). Formats, prices and co-funding, which apply to the whole programme, are listed on the AI training & upskilling page.

Most AIxH training is built specifically for the organisation that commissions it. In-company, the programme is built on the team's own cases, as it was for Fondation Cancer Luxembourg, the law firm Brouxel & Rabia and Frontaliers Grand Est. Cross-company, participants from several businesses come together around one workshop, as CJD executives do. Sessions are held in person, in Luxembourg, France, Belgium and Switzerland: the classroom workshop is part of the method.

Approach

How is a custom AI training programme built?

The programme's common core (how LLMs work, prompt engineering, ethics and governance) remains the foundation, detailed on the programme page. Around it, each custom session assembles the building blocks the team being trained will use.

In-company: a programme built on your cases

The training takes place at your premises, in person, for your team only. The programme is built beforehand on your actual tasks: the exercises start from your own documents, clients and tools.

Very different sectors, the same standard

A charity such as Fondation Cancer Luxembourg, a law firm such as Brouxel & Rabia, a cross-border information body such as Frontaliers Grand Est, companies such as Envolis, RH Lab and MD Skins Solutions: every programme started from the participants' jobs.

Cross-company: learning among peers

Cross-company sessions bring together participants from several businesses around one programme. AIxH has been an official trainer of the Centre des Jeunes Dirigeants (CJD) since 2024: executives train there among peers, with the questions of trade-offs and strategy that this audience brings.

How the programme is built

A preliminary conversation frames the needs, the participants' actual level and the tools already in place. The content is then assembled from the common core and the relevant tool modules, and validated with you before the session.

Custom training backed by the five tool modules

Custom training never starts from a blank page: the five tool modules (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, Perplexity) serve as building blocks, assembled and adapted to the team's uses. A law firm will dig into Claude and Mistral, a marketing team more likely ChatGPT and Gemini.

The programme in figures

More than 350 managers and executives trained, with 100% satisfaction on the 2025-2026 workshops. Approval as a continuing vocational training organisation gives access to state co-funding.

Who it is for

Who is custom training for?

Any organisation whose needs go beyond a standard module: charities, regulated professions, public and semi-public bodies, SMEs and groups, management teams. The only prerequisite is having real tasks to put on the table.

Formats and prices

In which formats is custom training offered?

Half day, full day, a course spread over several sessions or a conference: the format is chosen along with the programme. Details of prices and co-funding are on the AI training & upskilling page.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about custom training

What is the difference between in-company and cross-company training?

In-company training is delivered for a single organisation, at its premises, with a programme built on its cases. Cross-company training brings together participants from several businesses around one workshop, such as the executive sessions organised with the CJD.

Is custom training only delivered in Luxembourg?

No. Luxembourg and the Greater Region remain the main territory, but AIxH also works in France, Belgium and Switzerland, always in person.

Can the training be delivered remotely?

No, everything takes place in person. The classroom format makes the workshop interactive and friendly: each participant works in the tools, questions come thick and fast and the group moves forward together. That is what makes the training effective.

How is the programme of a custom training course built?

A preliminary conversation frames the needs, the participants' actual level and the tools already in place. The content is then assembled from the common core and the relevant tool modules, with practical cases supplied by the team, and validated before the session.

Does AIxH train charities and regulated professions?

Yes, and it is a significant part of the activity: Fondation Cancer Luxembourg on the charity side, the law firm Brouxel & Rabia for regulated professions, Frontaliers Grand Est for information bodies. The method adapts to the constraints of the profession, confidentiality included.

Does AIxH also train executives?

Yes. AIxH has been an official trainer of the Centre des Jeunes Dirigeants (CJD) since 2024 and has trained more than 350 managers and executives, with 100% satisfaction on the 2025-2026 workshops.

Is prior AI knowledge required for custom training?

No. The participants' actual level is assessed during the preliminary conversation and the programme adjusts to it, from complete beginners to teams already equipped. Groups of different levels can be split into separate sessions.

Is custom training eligible for co-funding?

Yes, under the same conditions as the rest of the programme: AIxH's approval gives access to co-funding for continuing vocational training. The details are on the AI training & upskilling page.

Brouxel & Rabia, Luxembourg Law Firm
★★★★★

“I had the chance to attend an AI training course with AIxH through the CJD, and I must say I came out with my head full of ideas… and the urge to apply even more of them! What struck me was how available and approachable the trainers were: no question was too technical or ‘off topic’, everything was turned into concrete, immediately applicable examples.”
