An agency founded in 2023.
Founders in Luxembourg since 2001.
AIxH is a digital marketing and AI agency founded in 2023 in Differdange, Luxembourg. Its founders have worked here for much longer: Xavier Lesueur launched his first digital agency in Luxembourg in 2001, and Grégory Camus has run campaigns here since 2003. That path explains how we work and which Luxembourg organisations trust us.
Origins
In 2001, digital was still a curiosity in Luxembourg. Xavier Lesueur founded one of the country's first digital agencies there, and went on to develop it into an international agency with offices in the Benelux, France and Switzerland.
In 2003, Grégory Camus joined that agency in Luxembourg. He led its media department for eighteen years: Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube campaigns for Luxembourg and international brands, with a team of seven.
In 2023, we founded AIxH together in Differdange. We already knew the market, its sectors and its languages. What changed was the tool: generative AI entered daily production, and humans kept the decisions.

“Twenty-seven years in the field have taught me to distrust shortcuts. AI is not one: it analyses the accounts we run faster, but the media decision stays human. The result remains the only figure that counts.”

“I have been working with AIxH since the company was founded and everything happened very naturally. Initially, I called on them to support us on the accessibility of our website, as part of the “Digital Accessibility” law. The work, in particular on image ALT texts, in three languages, was very thorough and well structured, with real quality and consistency with the brand identity.”
“AIxH delivered a high-quality training course on artificial intelligence. Grégory and Kenza are approachable trainers who listen and share, with a tailored approach. We learned a great deal. Thank you!”
FAQ

Because the experience is that of the founders. The agency itself was created in 2023; its founders have run or founded digital agencies in Luxembourg since 2001, and Grégory Camus has run pay-per-click campaigns since 2000. Our pages always make that distinction.
