Date and venue
Thursday 17 December 2026, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, on our premises at the 1535° Creative Hub, 115C rue Emile Mark, Differdange. Parking on site, Differdange station ten minutes on foot.
The inter-company day is part of AIxH's AI training programme, delivered by an approved continuing vocational training organisation (authorisation 10156897/1). It brings together ten executives and managers from different companies around the same workshops, on our premises in Differdange, with exercises prepared before the session on each participant's own activity. Formats and co-funding are detailed on the AI training & upskilling page. The day is run in French.
Next session
Thursday 17 December 2026, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, at the 1535° Creative Hub in Differdange (Luxembourg). Ten participants at most, lunch included, run by Xavier Lesueur and Grégory Camus. The following dates are announced on this page and in our newsletter.

The group is limited to ten people so that everyone works on their own files with a trainer within reach. Lunch included.
Xavier Lesueur, effective manager of the training organisation, and Grégory Camus, co-founders of AIxH, run the day together.
Through the contact form or by email to hello@aixh.com, for one or several people. The price per participant is given on request.
Preparation
Before the training, we study each participant's activity, then we prepare the exercises from their role, their company and their real tasks: the head of a construction SME, a communication manager and a finance director do not work on the same documents. On the day, everyone applies AI to their own tasks, with the tools they will use the next morning.
That is what sets this day apart from an awareness session: participants leave with assistants configured for their job and habits already tried on their own files.
Programme
Five modules, from how generative AI works to using it safely, each followed by a workshop on the participants' files.
Key concepts, what the models can do and where they go wrong, what is at stake for your company.
Memory, instructions and knowledge bases: the generic tool becomes your tool.
Projects, skills and plugins to automate your tasks and connect your tools.
Images, videos and digital avatars for your materials, with their limits and their labelling obligations.
Data confidentiality, GDPR, the AI Act and the rules of use to set in your company.
Each participant leaves with their personalised prompts, their job guide and access to the materials after the training.
Who it is for
Executives, managers and heads of marketing, communication, human resources or finance who want to put AI to work on their own files, with no technical prerequisite. A company can register one or several people. To train a whole team on your premises, custom in-company training is the right format.
Among peers
An executive who trains with other executives asks trade-off questions: which tool for which team, which data to exclude, at what cost, in what order of priority. We have run the Centre des Jeunes Dirigeants sessions since 2024 and have trained more than 450 managers and executives: the exchange between participants is part of the method, and one person's cases often shed light on another's.
The day is delivered by an approved training organisation; what the approval guarantees and what the State co-funds are detailed in our article on approval and co-funding.
FAQ
No. The exercises are prepared from each participant's activity and everyone's level is taken into account during the day, from complete beginner to regular user of ChatGPT or Claude.
Yes, within the ten places. Beyond three or four people, an in-company session on your premises, built on your cases, becomes more effective.
Yes, in person only, on our premises in Differdange. The classroom format lets everyone handle the tools on their own files with a trainer next to them.
The price per participant is given on request, lunch included. AIxH is an approved continuing vocational training organisation, which is a condition of the State's continuing training aid, under the conditions set by INFPC.
Each participant keeps their prompts, their job guide and access to the materials. The company can then continue with in-company training for its team or with the integration of ChatGPT and Claude into its tools.
